Service Description
Join student instructor, Lauren MacDonald, for a 4 class Pranayama Series. "Prana" means "life force," or "breath," and "yama" refers to "control," or "restraint." Pranayama is a main component of yoga, an exercise for overall physical and mental wellness. You will learn helpful breathing techniques and ways to move breath throughout the body to reduce stress. As well as how to enrich your own life, and empower yourself through breath control and meditation!
