Jess is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and certified yoga instructor. She has been working in the field of mental health for over 15 years. Her style is holistic and evidence-driven and she enjoys utilizing mindfulness practices in her work to help folks live their lives with full intention. She believes strongly in the mind-body connection and various modalities for healing both physiologically and psychologically. She works with all age groups. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new foods, cooking, hiking, and art!

Adam Popp
PMHNP-BC, DNP ​
Adam is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and obtained his doctorate degree at Boston College. Joining the mental healthcare field as a second career, Adam realized that his passion is in working with individuals in all walks of life to achieve wellness and fullness. Informed by the nursing model of care, he believes in an evidence-based, patient-centered approach from a perspective of healing that extends beyond medication management. This multi-faceted approach includes mindfulness practices and holistically-oriented care. He enjoys working with all age groups in the outpatient setting. Adam enjoys writing, traveling, and spending time with loved ones."​​
Danielle Cardona​
Masters-Level Clinician
Danielle is a Master's-level clinician who has worked with both adults and children in outpatient and school-based settings. She also has a passion for working with individual in recovery or going through life transitions. She utilizes art therapy, play therapy, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, mindfulness, CBT/DBT techniques, and other approaches. She believes in a mutually collaborative relationship to empower clients towards positive physical and mental health. She enjoys spending time with her family and binge-watching reality TV!
Joanna Larsen

Joanna is a licensed clinical social worker who enjoys working with children and families, as well as adults. She is experienced in trauma, relationships, emotional and behavioral issues, self-esteem issues, and helping folks to thrive. She utilizes mindfulnes, DBT, CBT, relational, person-centered, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic approaches to create individualized treatment plans. Joanna is a compassionate, energetic, and diligent human being, as well as a wonderful teammate. Joanna enjoys gardening and spending time in nature, especially walking her dogs!
Suzanne DeCarolis
Masters-Level Clinician​
Suzanne DeCarolis is a Master's-level clinician with over 24 years experience in the field of mental health. She has worked in numerous environments including outpatient clinics, inpatient treatment centers for mental health and substance abuse, state hospitals and prisons. She has an extensive history with individual therapy, as well as couples counseling. She is also experienced in running process and psycho-educational groups in the areas of effective communication, problem solving, and coping skills. She enjoys various modalities including CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, strength-based, interpersonal, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed care. She enjoys working with all age groups, as well. She enjoys spending time with my family, cooking, exercising and watching movies.
Steven McIntyre
Masters-Level Clinician
Steven McIntyre is a Master's-level clinician who has experience in outpatient, residential and public school settings. He is also trained in ABA and behavioral techniques. As a previous program director for a residential program, he appreciates the importance of individualized care and meeting clients where they are in their personal journeys. His open-mindedness, holistic approach, and interpersonal style are often welcomed by clients. He enjoys working with both adults and children/adolescents.
Max Roberts
LICSW​
Max offers expertise in trauma-related reactions as well as depression, anxiety, substance use, ADHD, motivation, and assertiveness. He utilizes empirically supported treatments including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. He has worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment facilities, sober houses, in-home behavioral health services, concierge medicine, outpatient and others. Max enjoys playing bass guitar and reading fiction and playing with his dog Barry!
Ferdiane Cadet
Masters-Level Clinician
Ferdiane holds a dual Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and Public Administration, as well as a Doctorate in Education. She has over 20 years of experience as a counselor in various settings including outpatient, private and public schools, residential, dual diagnosis, and community health. She enjoys working with all ages, as well as with couples and families. She believes in unconditional empathy for all, striving to deliver individualized support to patients struggling with mental health, behavioral,
and addiction issues. Utilizing evidence-based techniques, including DBT, CBT, ACT,
mindfulness approaches, and Person-Centered Therapy. She is an avid traveler, and enjoys painting, yoga, and dancing like no one is watching!
Aisha King
Practice Manager, Billing Specialist​
Aisha is an experienced practice manager with specific interest in the area of behavioral and mental healthcare. She has been an asset to several practices both large and small, and plays a pivotal role in the operational aspects of high quality patient care. She is always ready to problem-solve. In her free time, Aisha enjoys dancing, crafts, sewing, and designing!
Lauren MacDonald
Intake Coordinator, Senior Admin​
Lauren has several years of experience in administrative support roles, as well as client relations. She is passionate about the field of mental health, and is currently continuing her education in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies at UMass Dartmouth. She enjoys helping to ensure that clients have a rewarding experience from the start! She is currently finishing up her RYT200, and beginning to offer holistic classes. In her free time, she loves going on adventures with her family, reading, and painting!
Kaylynn Pestilli
Intake Coordinator
Kaylynn has several years of customer service and caregiving experience. She is entering the mental health field and hopes to continue her studies in Psychology. Her goal is to become a licensed therapist so that she can help others in her community, with plans to specialize in LGBTQ identity, stress and trauma, and neurodivergent individuals. She believes in open-minded and individualized care that prioritizes individual autonomy.
In her spare time, Kaylynn loves to watch anime, play video games, and read. She makes quilts with her wife and their three cats: Lena, Phoenix, and Piper.
Joanne Keenan
Yoga Instructor & Reiki Practitioner
Joanne has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She fell in love with all aspects of yoga from her very first class! Joanne appreciates the mind, body, and spirit connection, as well as the importance of slowing down and becoming aware of your heartbeat, breath, thoughts, and emotions. Her classes are accessible to all and include a blend of yoga, meditation, Reiki, and spiritual readings. Joanne hopes to help others give themselves the attention, self-love, and self-care they deserve in order to create an overall sense of well-being. She is excited to share her love of yoga with others!
Barbara Davis

Barbara began lifting weights and practicing yoga because she was experiencing joint pain. "I wanted to strengthen the muscles around the joints while also nourishing them, and the more I did both, the more I realized that it also helped with my depression, ADHD, and anxiety." Barbara also enjoys science, music, and painting.
