Jessica Kim

PMHNP-BC, Director

Jess is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and certified yoga instructor. She has been working in the field of mental health for over 15 years. Her style is holistic and evidence-driven and she enjoys utilizing mindfulness practices in her work to help folks live their lives with full intention. She believes strongly in the mind-body connection and various modalities for healing both physiologically and psychologically. She works with all age groups. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new foods, cooking, hiking, and art!

Brianna Benedict

LICSW

Brianna is an LICSW whose background is in trauma, relationships, mood disorders, anxiety disorder, psychotic disorders, and personality disorder. She enjoys working with clients of all ages. Brianna takes a humanistic approach to her work, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a Strengths Based Perspective. She has worked professionally in various settings including outpatient, in-home, and schools. Brianna loves reading and yoga and spending time with her two dogs, Nova and Oakley!

Lauren MacDonald

Intake Coordinator, Student Yoga Instructor

Lauren has several years of experience in administrative support roles, as well as client relations. She is passionate about the field of mental health, and is currently continuing her education in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies at UMass Dartmouth. She enjoys helping to ensure that clients have a rewarding experience from the start! She is currently finishing up her RYT200, and beginning to offer holistic classes. In her free time, she loves going on adventures with her family, reading, and painting!

Joanne Keenan

Yoga Instructor & Reiki Practitioner 

 

Joanne has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She fell in love with all aspects of yoga from her very first class! Joanne appreciates the mind, body, and spirit connection, as well as the importance of slowing down and becoming aware of your heartbeat, breath, thoughts, and emotions. Her classes are accessible to all and include a blend of yoga, meditation, Reiki, and spiritual readings. Joanne hopes to help others give themselves the attention, self-love, and self-care they deserve in order to create an overall sense of well-being. She is excited to share her love of yoga with others!

Joanna Larsen

LICSW

Joanna is a licensed clinical social worker who enjoys working with children and families, as well as adults. She is experienced in trauma, relationships, emotional and behavioral issues, self-esteem issues, and helping folks to thrive. She utilizes mindfulnes, DBT, CBT, relational, person-centered, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic approaches to create individualized treatment plans. Joanna is a compassionate, energetic, and diligent human being, as well as a wonderful teammate. Joanna enjoys gardening and spending time in nature, especially walking her dogs!

Adam Popp

PMHNP, DNP Student 

Adam is currently a doctoral level student in his final year at Boston College. He enjoys working with all age groups in the outpatient setting.

Kaylynn Pestilli

Intake Coordinator 

 

Kaylynn has several years of customer service and caregiving experience. She is entering the mental health field and hopes to continue her studies in Psychology. Her goal is to become a licensed therapist so that she can help others in her community. In her spare time, Kaylynn watches anime, plays video games, and engages in arts and crafts with her wife and their four cats: Lena, Fae, Phoenix, and Piper.

Max Roberts

LICSW

Max offers expertise in trauma-related reactions as well as depression, anxiety, substance use, ADHD, motivation, and assertiveness. He utilizes empirically supported treatments including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. He has worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment facilities, sober houses, in-home behavioral health services, concierge medicine, outpatient and others. Max enjoys playing bass guitar and reading fiction and playing with his dog Barry!

Caitlin Baker

MFT

Caitlin obtained her B.S. from Cornell University and worked in the corporate world until she realized her passion for counseling. She studied Marriage and Family Counseling at UMass Boston and enjoys working with adults, couples, and families. She has experience treating clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, addiction, and life transitions. Whatever you are navigating, her sessions offer a safe and supportive space for exploration and healing in order to create lasting change. As a certified yoga instructor, she also employs a holistic approach. Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family and dogs and ocean-based activities.

Aisha King

Practice Manager, Billing Specialist

Aisha is an experienced practice manager with specific interest in the area of behavioral and mental healthcare. She has been an asset to several practices both large and small, and plays a pivotal role in the operational aspects of high quality patient care. She is always ready to problem-solve. In her free time, Aisha enjoys dancing, crafts, sewing, and designing!

Lesley Wilkins
Zumba Instructor

Lesley has been doing and teaching Zumba for over 10 years. Initially, she was terrified to attend a Zumba class, but once she did she fell in love! It played a major role in helping address some of her anxieties and she absolutely loves to share it with others. "It's the only exercise I love, I call it exercise in disguise! It is all about fun, not about age, coordination or size! You can do it, all you need to do is try! Let me make a believer out of you!" In her spare time, Lesley likes to bake, read, go to concerts, and is a passionate New England Patriots fan.

Barbara Davis

Yoga Instructor 

Barbara began lifting weights and practicing yoga because she was experiencing joint pain. "I wanted to strengthen the muscles around the joints while also nourishing them, and the more I did both, the more I realized that it also helped with my depression, ADHD, and anxiety." Barbara also enjoys science, music, and painting.
